The NORTAC Defence® ecosystem provides robust Blue Force Tracking for land-based operations by integrating cellular applications like NORTAC ORION® + with satellite devices such as the NORTAC CUBE and NORTAC WAVE®. This technology is designed for both mounted units in vehicles and dismounted soldiers, ensuring seamless tracking of all personnel and assets. The platform offers extensive interoperability, connecting with multiple device types and systems, including Battlefield Management Systems (BMS) and ATAK. To maintain data integrity and protect mission-critical information from adversaries, all communications are secured using AES-256 encryption over both LTE and encrypted satellite Short-Burst Data (SBD).
